Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
